We take pride in introducing a website dedicated to this beautiful residential place called “Hari Om Nagar”. It’s free and we invite you all to take full advantage of it and provide your feedback in enhancing the website and thus the quality of life.

We started with the noble though of creating a platform where we can share information & knowledge which would benefit all residents of Hari Om Nagar and bring us closer and strengthen the bond.

We all have been staying and enjoying this really cool place. Now to further enhance the living experience here, we thought it would be a good idea to share our know how of the area.

Well, this time we bring a story about the history and foundation of Hari Om Nagar, continue reading & enjoy.

Well, in search of the history we began talking to lot of people in the vicinity who have been here for long. And with these discussion & talks we got together some interesting facts about our community’s history. We present the same here for you:

“Kopri gaon” or Kopri Village was the only village in Thane East. Rice farming & fishing was the primary source of livelihood of people here. Villagers had a small “khadi” where water was trapped & fishing was done. This p lace use to get submerged in water specially during High Tides.

Interestingly the only naturally grown tree in Hari OM Nagar is the one which is situated right in the middle of Hari OM Nagar main road.

This tree is believed to be the home of Protector of this place (Nag & Nagin i.e. Male and Female snake). Lot of people specially villagers have seen these protectors and its believed that only the blessed people get a chance to catch a glimpse of these protectors.

There was a small lake here where villagers use to do Ganesh Visarjan. When hari Om Nagar was proposed the vilagres were upset that they would loose there visarjan place. And so keeping in mind their setiments a small pond was built near the Mulund gate of Hari Om Nagar.

In 1994 first building named “Shitish” was developed in this area. It is located outside of Hari Om Nagar.

Mulund (Mumbai) does not end @ Thane gate of Hari OM Nagar. The Mumbai is extended beyond Hari OM Nagar towards Thane. Just outside Thane Gate on right hand side you will find a building named "Mumbai Seema". The last end of Mumbai is @ this building. This building is aptly named as "Mumbai Seema".

The first building to be built in Hari Om Nagar was Milenium Park Building Number 3 & 4.

There were three primary developers involved in building Hari Om Nagar – Soham, Kalpataru & Ratnashree

All Towers of Hari Om Nagar are built with earthquake proof technology. The towers of Hari OM Nagar are designed as per zone 4 architecture. These towers are capable of withstanding earthquake of the magnitude of 9.

This place is well planned and designed which is situated at Mulund East. It’s on Mulund Thane border behind Mulund check naka on Eastern express highway. Its strategically located right at the junction of Mumbai and Thane. This place enjoys best of both worlds i.e. facilities of Mumbai like water and electricity while market of Thane. This place is approximately 1 KM from Thane railway station which is one of the major train junction.

The goup of renowned registered companies have come together and formed the partnership company and registered under the partnership act in the name and style of M/S Gautam Enterprises for the common interest and purpose to develop the entire subject land as a residential and commercial complex. The partnership deed has been executed in 1986. Smt Harsha Chaitanya Parekh of M/S saket developer has been admitted in the said partnership in 1995. M/s Gautam Enterprises is a builder promoter of Hari OM Nagar complex.

The total ares of entire land is 1,21,986.90 Sq. mtr. The adoining pieces of lands having various survey Nos. owned by various individuals who are the residents of Kopri Village Thane. The builder under reference has selected the said site and acquired the subject entire land for residential and commercial development. The builder has named this project as Hari OM Nagar. The layout plan for the amalgamation and subdivision of the subject entire land has been sanctioned by the Mumbai Muncipal corporation on 22/09/1995.

The entire land has been divided into 5 residential plots as per the sanctioned layout plan with due earmarking for public purposes including development plan of roads, B.E.S.T hsg, recreation grounds play grounds, Municipal school, M.S.E.B electric sub station.

A beautiful jogging track which is at a walking distance of 5 mins and having lush greenery. The 12 Banglow jogging track.

Multiple swimming pools are built as per the need of each society. Swimming pool of Ratna Shree Tower 2 is built at a height 18th floor.

A beautiful mountain view sunrise can be enjoyed from Hari OM Nagar.
